Sharron has become a sought-after thought leader and speaker, keynoting at international dementia conventions, speaking at conferences on dementia and Alzheimer's around the globe and holding workshops.

Sharron collaborates with governments, universities and healthcare providers such as Regis, Blue Care, Australian Unity and Arcare, etc. As Creative Director of Tailored Art Works! Pty Ltd, she has over 17 years experience in creating and deploying art in aged- and health-care facilities.
