Mapping Creative Futures: A Community Conversation

This event will take place as a virtual gathering to discuss the ongoing challenges the a2ru Executive Committee continues to navigate in both the arts and higher education. It will take place from 2:30-4:00 pm Eastern / 11:30 am-1:00 pm Pacific on Monday, June 30th and is free and open to all.

This event is designed to share ideas, swap stories, strengthen network connections, and collaborate.

It will consider all factors from changes to funding at all levels to shifting parameters that fundamentally shape their work in combatting isolation and exploring the relationship between art and change. 

It will be facilitated by Chris Walker, a2ru Executive Committee member and Special Advisor to the Provost on the Arts at the University of Wisconsin—Madison, the host of upcoming 2025 conference, “Creative Futures: Driving Interdisciplinary Innovation Through the Arts.”
