A WEEKLY WORKSHOP FOR EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE THROUGH SOUND AND SONG

JULY 10 - 31 / $25 per class or $75 for all 4 in advance In a world that often feels fast, overwhelming, and uncertain, the voice can be a powerful anchor. Rooted Voice is a weekly workshop designed to help participants reconnect with their breath, body, and inner stillness through vocal and musical practices. This space offers simple, accessible tools-grounded in vocal sounding, improvisation, breathwork, and sound healing techniques to reduce anxiety, calm the nervous system, and foster resilience.

Each session weaves together guided vocal practices, embodied movement, mindful listening, and the therapeutic use of tone and frequency. You'll learn to use your voice not just as a form of expression, but as a healing instrument that brings you back to center. No prior singing experience is necessary-only a willingness to explore and listen within.

This workshop is ideal for those seeking relief from stress, support through emotional challenges/trauma, performance anxiety or a deeper sense of grounded presence in their lives. It's also a rich resource for artists, educators, and healers who wish to integrate voice-based practices into their own self-care or work with others.
