I am a mandala artist, teacher, and author. I have been teaching people to draw their own unique mandalas for 15 years all over the U.S., Canada, and online. I've taught over 1,000 people, and every mandala is unique. I personally draw and paint mandalas.

In the year 2000, I was introduced to mandalas at a very dark time in my life. I met a woman who was teaching women to paint mandalas as a form of healing and growing. The 4 day workshop literally saved my life. I was in a very dark place after my family of origin disowned me. I've always been artistic, but hadn't painted anything in years. During the workshop I cried, and laughed, and healed much of my pain from the trauma I was experiencing. In 2013 I had a "download" to teach people to draw mandalas as it's way more accessible. It took off immediately. In 2015, I received a download to write a book (with the names of the chapters). Two days later a business woman I know offered to buy 100 books a year later for her annual event, and have me as a key note speaker! And... I wrote the book "Activate Divine Creativity: The Life-Changing Magic of the Mandala".

With the recent research into how art transforms your brain including "Your Brain on Art", and "Project UnLonely", what I've been telling people for yeas has been legitimized. Of course Carl Young is included in my talks and book, as he is responsible for Mandala becoming a familiar form of art in the West.
