Peppi Stünkel

Creative coach and international connector using painting in business team coaching to unlock insight, trust, and well-being. Co-founder of the I Was Born a Girl project, using art to promote women’s rights globally. Passionate about creativity, connection, and always eager to learn, share, and co-create with purpose and curiosity.
I’m a creative coach and connector with a global soul — passionate about using painting as a tool for team development, insight, and meaningful dialogue. I bring a diverse background from the video games industry (EA/Geneva), international business, and over a decade of leadership in non-profit and advocacy work across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
I’m also the co-founder of I Was Born a Girl, an international art and awareness project that uses powerful visual storytelling to promote women’s rights and gender equality around the world.
Today, I run Team Creativity Finland, where we use solution-focused painting workshops to explore themes like values, change, psychological safety, and team dynamics — helping teams connect on a deeper level through shared creativity. I’m especially interested in the intersection of art, neuroscience, and human connection.
Fluent in Finnish, Swedish, English, and Spanish, I love working across cultures and contexts. I'm here to listen, share, learn, and co-create with others who believe in the power of creativity to shift perspectives and spark lasting change.
Interests
I’m especially interested in learning new techniques and methods to apply art in business coaching and leadership development. I’m always open to collaboration opportunities — both in Finland and internationally — to explore how creativity can strengthen teams, support change, and spark insight across sectors and cultures.
