I am a Leadership and Performance Coach with a background in the Arts. As a drama specialist, teacher and leader in schools in the UK and HK for 26 years, I bring this skill set now to my coaching within organisations. I am a Positive Intelligence, Physical Intelligence and Mindfulness Practitioner who has survived Long Covid and pivoted in my career as a result of these health challenges.

My work tends to focus on helping individuals to embody courage and confidence to step up to their respective stages and to engage meaningfully with their audiences. As actor trainer and director, these skills were mostly applied to young adults to help them shine in theatrical productions and examinations. I now share my experience and techniques with leaders and aspiring leaders who are struggling with self-belief, confidence and communication issues with their teams. I provide 1:1 coaching online and in person. I provide bespoke workshops for organisations along with group and team coaching. Life long learning is my number one strength and a core value that drives me to connect with like minded souls. I am intent on making sure that the services I provide are underpinned by the most up to date research into neuroscience and the power of the arts. I am keen to read, learn from, connect and collaborate with other individuals using this hub.

Interests

I am a regular theatre goer and take full advantage of living in close (ish) proximity to West End theatre in London, UK. I have a strong network of ex-students from my 26 years teaching in Hong Kong and the UK whom I keep in contact with. As a Physical Intelligence practitioner, I personally practice techniques that I share with my clients to enable me to shift my own physiology when needed. As a Positive Intelligence practitioner, I practice the methodology created by Shirzad Chamine as well as share these techniques with my clients. I am a parent of two mixed race, neurodiverse teenagers. As a white British woman married to a black American man, I have a keen interest in diversity and cross-cultural beliefs, values and behaviours.
