Shannon Robinson, a retired attorney is an Arts Advocate, Collector and President of Windows to the Divine and Collectors for Connoisseurship, a nonprofit foundation that promotes the importance of human flourishing through the arts and sciences, spirituality, interfaith dialogue, philanthropy, and the special calling of artists.

To promote a modern renaissance of the arts, in 2024, the foundation successfully launched the Flourishing Through the Arts & Science Initiative in Denver during its annual Collectors for Connoisseurship Arts Weekend. Thereafter, the Flourishing Through the Arts & Science Council was formed to explore ways to educate the public about scientific research confirming the health benefits of the arts. To date, the Council consists of representatives from the Art Students League, Colorado Ballet, Denver Art Museum, Denver Center for Performing Arts, UC Anschutz Center for Bioethics, Visit Denver (official marketing arm of the City of Denver), and Windows to the Divine and is chaired by Ms. Robinson. In November of 2025, the Council will launch a public health campaign during Denver Arts Week to educate the public about the health benefits of engaging in the arts

Interests

We hope to create a template for a public health campaign promoting human flourishing through the arts that can be used by any community.
