Shannon Robinson

Shannon Robinson, retired attorney is an Arts Advocate, Collector and President of Windows to the Divine and Collectors for Connoisseurship, a nonprofit foundation that promotes the importance of human flourishing through the arts and sciences, spirituality, interfaith dialogue, philanthropy, and the special calling of artists.
To promote a modern renaissance of the arts, in 2024, the foundation successfully launched the Flourishing Through the Arts & Science Initiative in Denver during its annual Collectors for Connoisseurship Arts Weekend. Members of the arts community were invited to a salon that included presentations by Ms. Robinson and representatives from the Denver Art Museum, Colorado Ballet, and Art Students League regarding the health benefits of engaging in the arts. Thereafter, the Flourishing Through the Arts & Science Council was formed to explore ways to educate the public about scientific research confirming the health benefits of the arts. To date, the Council consists of representatives from the Art Students League, Colorado Ballet, Denver Art Museum, Denver Center for Performing Arts, UC Anschutz Medical Campus, Arts & Humanities in Healthcare Center for Bioethics and Humanities, Visit Denver, and Windows to the Divine and is headed by Ms. Robinson. In November of 2025, in collaboration with Denver Arts Week, the Council will promote an initial limited public health campaign to share with the public the exciting and rapidly developing research by the neuroarts community that we intend to rely upon in creating a grassroots movement to advance individual and collective health through the arts.
