Our Declaration 2026 - Call for Art in celebration of Interdependence

An experiment in social healing through art, Our Declaration 2026 invites artists to create works, events and projects in any and all media to explore the relationship between independence and interdependence, or the challenges and possibilities of coexisting in a shared world.
- Open to all ages, in any and all media (including new media and approaches to art).
- Rolling deadlines from June 1st to October 31st.
- Works or projects can be old or new.
Our Declaration 2026 is an online Gallery space that will share and amplify work, voices and visions that can help move us toward a world we want to live in together. This will include podcast interviews with artists and community discussions using Gallery artwork to spark dialogue on this challenging topic.
Artists' work plays a vital role in the public conversations necessary for participation in a shared world, shedding light in dark and forgotten places, sharing new perspectives, inspiring new possibilities and bypassing traditional communication pathways that often result in entrenched opposition and polarisation.
