Volunteer with the Neuroarts Resource Center
The Neuroarts Resource Center is a community-built platform, shaped by individuals and organizations who care about the ways that arts and aesthetic experiences can help improve health, well-being, and learning. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds—researchers, practitioners, artists, students, and anyone else who is curious about neuroarts—who want to help strengthen and expand this growing field.
Volunteering with the NRC is a flexible and collaborative process. You’ll receive a brief orientation, have the opportunity to join biweekly check-ins with NRC staff, and support the platform in ways that align with your interests. As the site evolves, so do our volunteer opportunities; you may help review submissions, surface new resources, offer feedback on emerging features, or contribute to community engagement efforts. No specific expertise is required, just curiosity, a willingness to learn, and an NRC account.
Volunteers become part of an interdisciplinary community working together to make the growing neuroarts field more visible, connected, and accessible. You’ll have opportunities to meet others from around the world, contribute to a platform with global reach, and help shape a resource that supports research, practice, and collaboration.
