See Memory is a Telly Award–winning, hand-painted short film now airing on PBS and streaming on PBS.org. Created by filmmaker and painter Viviane Silvera, the film animates how the brain forms—and reforms—memory, particularly after trauma.

Grounded in neuroscience and featuring insights from leaders in the field (including Nobel Laureate Eric Kandel and Dr. Daniela Schiller), See Memory merges art, science, and story to show how healing can begin when memory is explored through presence, creativity, and connection.
