Price: The conference participation fee is 700 Pounds (British Sterling)
Register whenever it fits you. However please keep in mind that the number of participants that we can accept in this conference is limited, so you should better reserve your place in advance. There is no risk, since you can always change your mind later and cancel your registration. We don't charge a cancellation fee (see below). On the other hand we cannot and will not accept more attendees than what the old walls of Cambridge can contain in their ancient chambers. So don’t hesitate to ensure your place if you wish to be there with us in this amazing academic and professional meeting.
On the payment form, before you send your credit card's details, you can choose if you wish to pay all the registration sum at once or you wish to be charged instalments. Don't forget to mark your preference.
Students: Students from recognized academic institutions are entitled to a reduced registration fee of 630 Pounds. If you are a student requesting this discount, please send us by an email or WhatsApp an official confirmation of your student status from your university.
Cancellation: There is no cancellation fee until 30 days prior to the conference opening. So you can register now and secure your participation, and if something happens later and you wish to cancel – you may do so easily and all your fees will be reimbursed. Only if you cancel less than 30 days prior to the conference opening, a symbolic cancellation fee of 100 Pounds will be charged. (Cancellation in the last three days prior to the conference opening will result in a 250 Pounds cancellation fee. In case of no-show or last-minute cancellation notice there will not be a refund).
Hotels / Accommodation: You will find here a link leading to Cambridge rooms reservation office. All details are there and you can have a good room for a dissent price and benefit from your stay in the campus itself. You can also get rooms and apartments all over the town of Cambridge .
