Calling All Kids, Caregivers and Educators: Celebrate the Opening of the Library’s Brand New Experiential Gallery for Children and Teens This Week!

The Library of Congress has developed a new experiential gallery designed for children and teens with their families and school groups, investigate primary source collections and build meaning through research and discovery. The new learning space is called The Source: Where Curiosity Sparks Discover
Created especially for visitors ages 8-15, the experiential gallery will encourage budding researchers to engage with primary sources in creative, personalized ways. The new learning space has been designed and developed with input from children and teens. The Source will feature interactive stations where young people can investigate items from image, film, sound, and text collections at the Library through guided exploration and open-ended discovery.
