The congress of the International Society for Arts & Medicine (ISfAM) entitled “The Healing Arts - Forging Alliances of Arts & Medicine” will take place in Berlin, Germany, and online, June 18 - 20, 2026. The event will bring together medical professionals, artists, researchers, practitioners and students from around the world, offering opportunities for collaboration and networking across continents and disciplines.

The congress is designed as a platform for interdisciplinary exchange at the intersection of art, medicine and health. Its thematic tracks provide focused entry points, while certain guiding perspectives cut across all areas of discussion. We particularly encourage interdisciplinary submissions that address AI and innovation, including neuroscience, digital arts, and methodological advancements. These themes will be integrated across all tracks. Equally, longevity serves as a guiding principle: emphasizing sustainable impact, continuity of practice and the potential to attract long-term partnerships and sponsorships. The program is conceived not only to spark dialogue and innovation, but also to foster outcomes with lasting resonance beyond the event itself.
