Kaleidoscope Performance Series: REVolution Dance: The Anatomy of Inclusion

The Anatomy of Inclusion invites audiences into the world of REVolution Dance, Tampa’s only inclusive dance company, where artists with and without disabilities come together to create bold, innovative performances. Rooted in collaboration and shared creative process, this work challenges conventional ideas of movement, physicality and who gets to be seen onstage.

Through evocative imagery, intimate partnerships, and dynamic ensemble work, the performance reveals what emerges when diverse bodies move, support, and create alongside one another. Each moment reflects the power of inclusion, not as a concept, but as a lived, physical experience, highlighting possibilities that can only exist within an inclusive approach to dance.

In The Anatomy of Inclusion, REVolution Dance invites us to reconsider how we connect, collaborate and belong. REVolution Dance was created to unite diverse communities of individuals with and without disabilities through movement, creativity and artistry.

Our efforts to achieve equity and unity in the dance world can be experienced through our education, community outreach programming, and professional performances which are always rooted in our belief that compassion, understanding, and empathy are the building blocks of a diverse and inclusive community.
