What drives us to eat—and what tells us to stop? While the world is focused on GLP-1–based drugs like Ozempic and Mounjaro, Dr. Sarah Stern, Research Group Leader at MPFI, will show why understanding the neural basis of appetite and satiety is key to explaining why not everyone responds to these medications—and what that could mean for developing future treatments.

Arnaud Sussmann and the 2026 Rising Artists of the Palm Beach Chamber Music Society will perform alongside the discussion.

Join us for the final Science Meets Music evening of the season! This free community event is hosted at the Benjamin Upper School in Palm Beach Gardens. Pre-registration is required.
