Animal Paintings - Enrichment Technique

Some animals at the Montgomery Zoo are given the opportunity to paint on canvas, as a uniquely enchriching opportunity. Chimpanzees, giraffes, anteaters, and some birds are among the animals whose paintings find their way into the program's exhibition. Money generated from the program is used to fund continuing education and conservation projects.
