Defining arts engagement for population-based health research: Art forms, activities and level of engagement

By using a cross-sectional study, researchers demonstrate the significance of the inclusion of art forms and activities within population surveys. Findings provide a measurement of exposure for the use of art in studies involving the relationship between arts engagement and health.
