I created and produced Elemental Essence: A Neurosonic Journey, a 5-track album based on the 5 elements, incorporating precision brainwave entrainment developed in collaboration with Scientific Sounds from four decades of neuroacoustic research. Over 5 weeks I'll share each element and the science. Week 1: Earth, 4 Hz theta-delta, grounding, neuroplasticity, deep memory. Arts as medicine.

Think of a tree.
What you see, the leaves, the branches reaching toward light, is beautiful. But none of it exists without what you cannot see. Beneath the surface, roots are working quietly, holding everything stable, pulling up nutrients, keeping each leaf alive. The roots don’t need to be visible to be essential.
That image is where my new recording begins. And in many ways, it’s where I begin too.
