The Effects Of My Brain On 1980's Hip-Hop Music
A deep look at how 1980's hip-hop music, also known as rap music, has had on my brain. The power of hip-hop music is global, many people young and old, have been impacted and empowered by the music genre. Some said it was a "passing fad" but that turned out to be false. I use very direct experiences in this writing to paint a clear picture of how this music effected me.

Abstract/Description

Content about how 1980's hip-hop music has effected me as a creative, a thinker, and as a humanitarian and social justice activist. Very detailed examples of where this happened and when it happened. Clearly identifies the power of music. Captures the essence of the times and why 1980's music was developed and needed. Contributes to the canon of writing about hip--hop music as a genre and mainstay in American culture as well as global culture.
