Position Overview
Who
- Senior leadership role overseeing the Arts Center's Learning & Engagement division.
- Supervises teaching artists, program managers, seasonal staff, and the Ceramics Manager.
- Collaborates with Performing Arts, Dance, Marketing, Development, schools, and community partners.
What
- Lead and expand multidisciplinary arts education programs for children, teens, adults, schools, and families.
- Oversee existing programs while developing new in-person, hybrid, and online learning initiatives.
- Manage budgets, operations, staffing, scheduling, and program evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and growth of education and engagement initiatives.
- Supervise staff, teaching artists, and seasonal personnel.
- Manage educational programming, budgets, scheduling, and registration systems.
- Maintain legacy programs while developing new learning opportunities.
- Partner with schools, community organizations, and visiting artists.
- Evaluate program success and support grant and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Arts Education, Fine Arts, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in arts education or nonprofit arts administration.
- Experience supervising staff and developing educational programming.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with digital or online learning preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000–$80,000 annually (based on experience).
- Benefits package available.
- Some evening and weekend work required.
