Job Summary
(1) Media Coordinator supports NAPAT Foundation’s communications and public presence by creating engaging content and documenting the Foundation’s activities, programs, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create content for social media, website, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Manage the Foundation’s social media content calendar and posting.
- Work with program teams to highlight activities, beneficiaries, and impact.
- Support media outreach, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Basic graphic design, and social media skills.
- Creative, organized, and comfortable working with different teams.
- Interest in nonprofit, community, or social-impact work.
(2) Outreach Coordinator builds relationships between NAPAT Foundation and communities, partners, volunteers, and other stakeholders to increase participation and strengthen the Foundation’s programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with communities, institutions, organizations, and potential partners.
- Coordinate outreach activities, meetings, and virtual events.
- Support awareness campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
- Collect feedback and identify opportunities for new partnerships and collaborations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable networking and communicating with diverse groups.
- Organized, proactive, and able to coordinate multiple activities.
- Interest in nonprofit, community, or social-impact work.
