10x10feet is an arts and health initiative exploring the philosophy of Arts as Care, the idea that art is not only a form of expression, but also a tool that shapes how we regulate emotions, process attention, build identity, experience companionship, and relate to the environments around us.

In a world shaped by overstimulation, loneliness, emotional fatigue, and fragmented attention, we are interested in how artistic practices and sensory environments can support everyday human wellbeing.

Our work explores:
• Arts as Emotional Regulation
• Arts as Cognitive Unloading
• Arts as Companion
• Arts as Identity
• Arts as Discipline & Time Awareness
• Arts as Surrounding through Neuroaesthetics

Through immersive environments, visual systems, spatial experiences, and repetitive drawing practices, we develop accessible experiences that help people slow down, reconnect, and navigate daily emotional life with greater awareness.

Current initiatives include:
• Healing Room — immersive neuroaesthetic healing environments
• Healing Lines — meditative visual methodologies rooted in repetitive mark-making
• WearFlow — wearable extensions of sensory and emotional experience

Founded by Shubham Chopra, 10x10feet emerged from a personal practice of Divine Flow and a deep realization that art may not remove pain, but it can help people live with it differently.

We are actively exploring collaborations across healthcare, education, wellbeing, and public spaces to expand the role of art in everyday care.
