10x10feet | Neuroaesthetics Lab

10x10feet is a Neuroaesthetics Lab creating emotionally intelligent, sensory-safe experiences designed for one radical agenda— flowing in art while thinking nothing. Rooted in the belief that less is full, we design spaces where mindlessness becomes a pathway to mindfulness. Through art, science, and design, we build modern sanctuaries for rest, presence, and emotional recalibration.
At 10x10feet, we are building sanctuaries for stillness in a world that won’t stop speaking.
We are a Neuroaesthetics Lab designing emotionally intelligent, sensory-safe experiences where the agenda is simple: think nothing. Our philosophy, less is full, flips the script on overstimulation—inviting people to experience how mindlessness can lead to mindfulness.
Blending intuitive art, multisensory design, and emerging neuroscience, we create cultural spaces that quiet the cognitive noise. Each installation—whether a meditative pod, a slow art chamber, or a public intervention—is a research-driven invitation to be fully present without effort.
Rather than optimizing people for speed, we create spaces that slow them into clarity.
This isn’t escape. It’s recalibration.
This isn’t therapy. It’s cultural rewilding.
At 10x10feet, we believe rest is not a luxury—it’s a new kind of intelligence.
Programs & Activities
1. The Dark Room
A multi-sensory immersion in stillness
A zero-distraction installation where participants enter a soft, enclosed space to experience curated darkness, ambient soundscapes, and fluid visuals—designed to reset the nervous system through sensory subtraction.
2. Flow Doodling Pods
Where hands move before the mind thinks
Participants are invited into glass-walled or acrylic cubical pods to engage in intuitive mark-making. No rules, no outcomes—just pure visual meditation. The environment responds subtly with light and ambient cues based on participant movement.
3. Stillness Studios (Corporate Pods)
Emotional break rooms for modern workplaces
Modular wellness installations for organizations—offering 10-minute “do nothing” capsules. Designed using neuroaesthetic principles to foster decompression, regulate emotional overload, and boost clarity without performance pressure.
4. Public Pause Zones
Urban rituals of rest
Street-level pop-up installations in high-stimulus urban settings like malls, tech parks, or transit hubs. These offer free-entry zones to experience temporary stillness, accompanied by minimalist visuals, breathing guides, and ambient music.
5. The Void Workshop
A group experiment in unlearning
A facilitated group experience (corporate/offsite/retreat) that blends breathwork, sound, silent journaling, and free drawing to explore the transition from “mind-full” to “mind-less.”
6. Neuroaesthetic Feedback Loops (R&D Labs)
Where art meets brainwaves
In collaboration with neurotech partners, we conduct research-based experiences where participants wear EEG devices while inside our installations. Data is visualized to explore the impact of space, design, and stillness on cognitive states.
7. Night of Nothingness
An immersive cultural experience of sensory deceleration
A curated night-time event that blends live ambient art, slow visuals, dimmed lighting, and contemplative music—a collective pause hosted in art galleries, museums, or alternative venues.
8. Design for Doing Less (Talks + Residencies)
Conversations and co-creations on neuroaesthetic design
A series of dialogues and short residencies inviting designers, architects, and scientists to reimagine emotional safety in public/private spaces using the lens of “less is full.”-
