10x10feet™, Arts & Health Lab is working to protect the Future of Emotional Well-Being.
We exist to help people transform emotional overwhelm into presence, using art rituals. Our lab is spreading the art rituals to experience the “Flow,” a series of sensory-based, ritual-worthy offerings that guide people from scattered attention to deep engagement, from burnout to breath.
Starting with Live Ritual Shows, interactive workshops, and art-based micro-merchandise, we aim to scale towards Flow Pods, immersive healing installations, and a digital Flow Book device, all designed to embed micro-habits of stillness into daily life.
Rooted in positive psychology, neuroaesthetics, and human-centered design, 10x10feet™ serves across sectors from healthcare and corporate wellness to education and public well-being.

Programs & Activities
1. The Dark Room
A ritual of deep sensory subtraction
Step into a soft, enclosed realm of curated darkness, ambient textures, and slow visuals. Designed to soothe a restless nervous system, this zero-distraction installation uses sensory minimalism as a medium for mental reset. A modern Antahpura—where stillness becomes the art.
2. Flow Doodling Pods
Where lines become your language of letting go
Inside translucent pods, participants follow a simple ritual: draw without thinking. These intuitive mark-making stations blend ambient cues and real-time lighting to guide your body into flow—before the mind catches up. A temple of movement without meaning, yet full of meaning.
3. Stillness Studios (Corporate Pods)
Micro-environments for emotional decompression at work
Modular, plug-in wellness zones for modern workplaces. Designed as emotional “break rooms,” these 10-minute capsules invite you to pause, breathe, and draw inward. Inspired by neuroaesthetics, not KPIs—where clarity arrives not through effort, but through rest.
4. Public Pause Zones
Urban rituals of doing nothing
Pop-up installations placed inside the rush—malls, airports, tech parks—to offer people a chance to sit, breathe, and “just be.” These are free-entry sensory sanctuaries with soft visuals, subtle ambient sound, and breathing rituals. Stillness, offered as a public service.
5. The Void Workshop
A group ritual in unlearning
Part silent retreat, part creative unblocking session—this immersive experience blends breathwork, ambient journaling, soundscapes, and free drawing. Designed for corporate teams, retreats, and creative communities to shift from mental chatter to embodied presence.
6. Neuroaesthetic Feedback Loops (R&D Labs)
Exploring the science of art and stillness
In partnership with neurotech collaborators, participants enter our ritual spaces wearing EEG devices. Brainwave data is visualized live—revealing how art, environment, and subtraction affect states like flow, focus, and calm. Research meets ritual in this living lab.
7. Night of Nothingness
A collective descent into slow culture
A curated night experience of ambient visuals, live ritual art, dimmed lights, and contemplative soundscapes. Hosted in galleries, museums, or unconventional venues—this event reclaims the night not for stimulation, but for sensory reverence.
8. Design for Doing Less (Talks + Residencies)
Dialogue and design for emotional safety in space
An ongoing series of conversations, co-creations, and short residencies with designers, scientists, and architects. Together, we explore how space can become a soft technology for well-being. Guided by one question: What if less is not emptiness, but fullness?
