Anna Stewart

Hi! My name is Anna I am an art therapist practicing in NY. I am very interested in connecting more with the Neuroarts community and learning more about this emerging field.
I am a New York–licensed art therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate mood, motivation, and neurobiological patterns through creative and evidence-based approaches. With a background in psychotherapy, neuroscience, and expressive arts, I strive to utilize my practice to bridge psychology and creativity to support emotional regulation, cognitive clarity, and self-expression. My practice centers on the belief that understanding the brain and honoring the creative process can unlock sustainable healing and growth.
