Dr. Anne Palmer is a senior project manager with the International Arts + Mind Lab at Johns Hopkins University, where she leads cross-sector initiatives at the intersection of arts, health, and neuroscience. A professional singer, educator, and Certified Leadership Coach, Anne brings over 25 years of experience designing programs that foster creativity, connection, and well-being.

As a bilateral cochlear implant recipient, Anne’s personal journey of relearning how to hear music shapes her inclusive, embodied approach to teaching and leadership. Whether facilitating workshops or speaking on stage, she creates spaces that invite transformation through creativity, authenticity, and meaningful engagement.
