In my coaching practice Sensemaking Space, I combine a solid grounding in trauma-informed practice and mental wellbeing with creative processes. My coaching and my interest in neuroarts are shaped by my qualification as a Creative Arts Therapist and my experience of working in therapeutic and clinical settings. I value the deep work with individual clients and the richness and connection that unfolds in group programs and guide clients compassionately as they explore how emotional and behavioural patterns show up in their relationships, work, sense of self and identity.

Based on my own reflective practice, arts-based experiments, reflective and experiential processes are at the core of my coaching, workshops and group programs. Over the years, I've witnessed clients arrive at a deeper understanding of their inner world and relational patterns through the use of artmaking and I want to contribute to a wider understanding and appreciation of the arts in people's mental health and ability to express their full potential. Currently, I deliver my services online with plans to offer coaching days and group programs in my studio in the near future.

Interests

Specific areas of interest include understanding relational patterns and attachment in the workplace, navigating change and significant life/ career transitions, burnout prevention and recovery, stress management, and exploring identity, meaning and purpose.
I also focus on introducing people to arts-based reflective practice and overcoming beliefs of not being talented or creative enough to utilise this form of reflection beyond using words.
