Genein Letford

As the 2019 LA Lakers Business Woman and the 2015 CA Charter Teacher of the Year, Genein is a national thought leader in building brain capital through the arts and the creator of the concept of ‘Prismatic Leadership’, ‘Intercultural Creativity® and NeuroSomatic Creativity®’.  She is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of CAFFE Strategies,  which is a consulting, coaching and training company that trains C-Suite executives and employees to create sustainable organizational NeuroSomatic brain health strategies, based on neuroscience, while unleashing their innovative thinking for themselves and in their businesses. In addition to writing many books on creativity and the brain, she also co-founded Lyrics ’N Leadership Institute for Brain Health, which uses the work and music of iconic artists and iconic leaders to teach brain health and leadership skills and Brainolicious® Adventures, which teaches K-12 students brain health and creative thinking through the arts.
