I am the founder of Art&Management, established in 2008, with a mission to integrate art and neuroscience into organizational change processes.
With over 17 years of experience, I specialize in designing and facilitating programs that combine aesthetic principles with neuroscientific insights to support leadership development, team dynamics, and innovation.
My work spans industries, helping organizations leverage creativity to navigate complexity and foster resilience.
Meanwhile, I am an artist in visual arts, and organize conferences around my exhibitions.

Interests

My interests lie at the intersection of art, neuroscience, and management. I am passionate about exploring how artistic practices can enhance cognitive and emotional capacities in professional settings. Specific areas of focus include the role of aesthetics in leadership, the application of neuroscientific research to creative problem-solving, and the development of evidence-based tools for organizational transformation. I am also keen on collaborating with the NeuroArts community to design workshops and share practical insights from my work.
