Grace "Grey" Pak is the Owner and Cake Artist of Duchess of Cameron, a bespoke fine art cake studio based in New York and Colorado. With a B.F.A from New York University and a M.S. in Neuroscience and Education from Columbia University, Pak has always explored various ways to bridge the gap between art and science. Together with her interdisciplinary background and formal training in Cake Techniques & Design, graduating with the prestigious Grand Diplôme with Distinction from the International Culinary Center (formerly the French Culinary Institute), Pak has since been creating sensational cakes that have been labeled as true works of art.

She recently captivated audiences with her appearance on Netflix's acclaimed cake series, "Is It Cake?", and has graced the screens of prominent networks such as the Food Network, The Cooking Channel, and NBC. Furthermore, her clientele boasts esteemed names including Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Jacob & Co., Jean Paul Gaultier, the Four Seasons, and Newsweek, solidifying her position as a leading figure in the world of culinary artistry. Pak also regularly donates showstopper cakes for major events to nonprofit and cultural organizations, including the American Museum of Natural History, the Frick Collection, and The United States Marine Corps, has been featured in publications such as Vanity Fair, BRIDES, and House & Garden, and is listed by The St. Regis New York on its exclusive Preferred Vendor List.

Alongside providing breathtaking cakes to clients, Pak has always noticed the positive aspects cake decorating has on mental health, promoting creativity and insight in everyday life. With her background in neuroscience, Pak works closely with Licensed Creative Arts Therapists and nonprofit organizations to continually improve and develop the cognitive aspects of various mental health programs utilizing this innovative and approachable method of cake decorating. Using cake as a medium, Pak aims to promote psychological well-being by providing multi-sensory experiences that can be achieved through the process of cake decorating. Pak currently serves as a Board Member of Think360 Arts for Learning, Colorado’s leading art nonprofit serving pre-K-12 schools to elderly communities through direct services and creative experience to advance equitable access to arts learning.
