I am Dr. Herdy Rizky Susetyo, an integrative medical doctor and founder of Soma+ Clinic and 3rd Space, working at the intersection of medicine, neuroscience, and human experience. My work explores how biological, emotional, and relational patterns shape health, with a focus on gut–brain dynamics, trauma, and neurodiversity, including ADHD.

Through clinical practice, community spaces, and educational initiatives, I aim to bridge scientific rigor with lived experience integrating systems thinking, embodiment, and cultural context into healing. I am particularly interested in how creative processes, meaning-making, and relational environments influence regulation, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.

My approach is rooted in the belief that health is not only biological, but deeply relational and experiential. I contribute to the evolving art therapy field by exploring how structured yet human-centered frameworks can support regenerative, person-centered care.

Interests

Exploring how regulation, meaning, and connection emerge at the intersection of body, mind, and environment. Drawn to gut–brain signaling, adaptive stress responses, and the lived experience of neurodiversity.

Interested in translating complex science into tangible practices through space design, ritual, movement, and creative expression.

Actively seeking cross-disciplinary collaborations that reimagine care as something participatory, culturally rooted, and evolving beyond conventional clinical boundaries
