I’m a multidisciplinary artist who loves exploring how art affects the brain—especially how it stirs emotion, memory, and well-being. I mix traditional and digital media, using VR, AR, and hand-painted 360 spaces to create immersive, sensory worlds. My work’s shaped by lived experience and a passion for making art that connects, calms, and transforms.

I have a background in fine art with a postgraduate teaching qualification in Art and IT, and I’ve been delivering creative projects with neurodivergent individuals since 2012. My immersive VR work has been exhibited internationally, including in Moscow and Atlanta, and featured in *The World Takes a Breath*, I’ve led community art projects, exhibited internationally in Paris, Switzerland and USA, and been commissioned by Macclesfield Town Council over several years to create augmented reality trails.. My recent focus combines neuro-aesthetics, mental health, and immersive technology to push the boundaries of how art can heal and connect.
I recently received a research and development award from Immersive Arts UK.

Interests

Outside of my art practice, I enjoy spending time in nature, especially walking along canals and through wooded landscapes with my dog. I care for my horses daily, which brings a grounding rhythm to my life. I also love listening to podcasts—especially on neuroscience, creativity, and psychology—and I unwind with films, books, and the occasional deep dive into new creative tools or technologies.
I am a lifelong sailor and enjoy spending time on our 36ft yacht sailing around the south coast, anchoring in quiet peaceful coves and paddle boarding. In the past I have rock climbed and mountaineered- activities that I hope to resume in the future.
