Jennifer Giddings- Essenmacher is the Docent & Access Coordinator at the Flint Institute of Arts (FIA) in Flint, Michigan. Since joining the FIA in 2022, Jennifer has worked to foster inclusive and engaging experiences for visitors of all abilities.

Jennifer is an active advocate for accessibility and community engagement within the arts sector. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Museum Association, is a member of the Genesee County Dementia Friendly America Action Team/Task Force, and volunteers as a Community Educator for the Alzheimer’s Association Michigan Chapter. Additionally, she shares her leadership skills as a Co-Troop Leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop.
