I've spent most of my life in the arts, music, performance, creative work in one form or another, long before I found my way into brain health. After surviving the Lahaina wildfire and watching both of my parents navigate Alzheimer's, I found myself drawn to this work personally, not just professionally. I now help build real, evidence-based brain health programming into YMCAs, senior centers, and community organizations nationally. I'm here because I believe the arts and brain science are more connected than most people realize, and I'm genuinely curious where that intersection leads."
