Katrina Blackmon
Katrina founded Unity3 Palm Beach to continue her passion of working with nonprofits, sole proprietary owners, and small to medium-sized businesses to create, inform, and execute the narrative to their individual stories. Katrina currently serves as the Community Action & Communications Administrator for BeWellPBC and The Well of PBC.
Katrina Blackmon is a native of Palm Beach County, she has a passion and love for the community at large. She worships, works, and plays within Palm Beach County.
As a native, my work with BeWellPBC and The Well of PBC is deeply personal. I am not just working in this community…. I am a part of it. I understand the beauty, complexity, resilience, and needs of the people who call this place home. Everything I do is rooted in a simple belief: People matter. Our stories matter. Our struggles matter. And when we come together with compassion, intention, and purpose, we can create meaningful change.
Her personal mission statement – “I have a responsibility to myself, to my family, and to my community, to continuously evolve. The love of Christ inside of me compels me to love others, to want the best for them – to help, to teach, to encourage.”
Katrina earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management/
Concentration - Organizational Behavior from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
