Laura Henderson is an academic publishing professional with 20 years’ experience across respected international presses. Now working as part of the Frontiers Research Foundation, she strategically directs the unique science-engagement project, Frontiers for Young Minds (FYM).
Laura Henderson is an academic publishing professional with 20 years’ experience across respected international presses. Now working as part of the Frontiers Research Foundation, she strategically directs the unique science-engagement project, Frontiers for Young Minds (FYM).
Passionate about science engagement and communication, she has spoken at many academic and education conferences, both international and virtual. For FYM, she has driven multiple award wins, given talks at conferences in 10 countries and led many live events.
She is an active advocate for open education generally as well as for FYM, including interviewing for The Times, BBC Radio 5, and The Washington Post, and guest-blogging on the World Economic Forum Agenda, the EU Science-Media Hub, and most recently the UKSG News, amongst many others.
