I am a facilitator, educator, and musician. My studies with Bobby McFerrin, Music for People, and a practice called Musica do Circulo (Music from the Circle), based in Brazil have inspired a methodology I call Circle Sounds. Through the shared language of music, movement, and improvisation, participants engage in guided experiences that awaken presence, deepen trust, and inspire connection.

I'm a facilitator, educator, and musician with a deep passion for using music, movement, and improvisation to help people connect—with themselves and each other. My work is rooted in a methodology I created called Circle Sounds, which brings people into a shared space where trust, creativity, and collaboration can naturally emerge. No musical experience is needed—just a willingness to play, listen, and be present.

With a background in music education and conducting, and additional training in improvisational practices like Música do Círculo (Brazil), Music for People, and work with artists like Bobby McFerrin, I’ve seen how spontaneous musical expression opens doors to deeper communication and meaningful transformation in groups of all kinds—from teams in organizations to diverse community gatherings.

Interests

I am drawn to the field of neuroscience and neuroarts and am looking for opportunities to collaborate and explore how musical play and improvisation affect the brain. I’m especially interested in connecting with others who are researching or funding work at the intersection of creativity, healing, and neuroscience. I’ve experienced firsthand the power of this work—and I’m excited to learn more about why and how it works to benefit even more people.
