I work at the intersection of independent narrative cinema and psychology through OFF MIRROR Studio & Lab. My focus is on stories that explore internal conflicts, relationships, and the patterns shaping our lives. I am here to connect with researchers interested in studying film and guided psychological reflection.

My work with OFF MIRROR Studio & Lab brings together author-driven narrative cinema, psychology, and research. I am interested in how a character’s story can open a space for people to reflect on their own experiences, relationships, and choices.

Our work spans the exploration of psychological questions, the development of stories and methodologies, and the production of independent fiction films. We have recently completed The Unlived Life, a psychological short film.

We are also developing OFFMIRRORING, a professionally guided psychological system built around specially designed narrative films. Through a character’s story, it is designed to help people explore internal conflicts, rules, and patterns that shape their choices, relationships, and the way they build their lives.

I joined this community to connect with researchers and university teams interested in developing research questions, designing studies, and evaluating this approach for potential future use in professional psychological practice.
