Dr. Michael Spicher is a philosopher who helps re-humanize work through aesthetics. He writes and speaks for general, professional, and academic audiences in architecture, the beauty and fashion industries, and business.

Dr. Michael Spicher is trained in philosophy and studies ethics and human nature. He specifically focuses his research on aesthetics, which addresses the value of art and beauty, which are integral to our wellbeing, especially in our professional lives. Drawing from philosophy, neuroscience, and psychology, Dr. Spicher works with professionals in architecture, fashion, beauty, and business more generally to help create aesthetic strategies, leading to better mental health of employees and better customer perceptions. He's a co-editor of a book on 'digital fashion' and is finishing another book called Is Your Business Beautiful? He teaches at Massachusetts College of Art & Design and Boston Architectural College.
