Psychologist, coach, mentor and art therapist based in Poland. I help people understand their emotions, cope with stress and tension, and build self-confidence and healthy relationships. My work brings together psychology, coaching and art therapy, with a focus on psychological well-being, resilience and meaningful change at work and in life.

I hold a master’s degree in psychology from SWPS University (2008) and completed postgraduate studies in coaching and mentoring (SWPS University / Laboratorium Psychoedukacji, 2019) and in art therapy (Maria Grzegorzewska University, Warsaw, 2023), including an art therapy placement at the Mazovian Specialist Health Centre. I am a member of the Art Therapy Section of the Polish Psychiatric Association. Before focusing on psychology and coaching, I spent more than a decade in business leadership roles, which gives me a practical understanding of the challenges people face at work.
In my practice I focus on emotional intelligence, resilience, attachment styles and nonviolent communication. I offer career and crisis coaching for people facing difficult transitions, as well as coaching based on CliftonStrengths results. I work within positive psychology and narrative approaches, use art therapy techniques in sessions, and measure progress with the PGWB psychological well-being questionnaire. I also have experience running workshops and wellbeing programmes for companies and teaching at university level. My sessions are held online and offer developmental support.

Interests

I am interested in how the brain responds to art and aesthetic experiences, and how these processes support psychological well-being, stress regulation and resilience. For years I have been creating art myself as my own self-therapeutic process, working in various techniques: painting, concrete, wood and ceramics. In my coaching practice I use aesthetic microdosing, short everyday moments of engaging with art and beauty, and combine it with art therapy techniques. I am also drawn to ecotherapy and horticultural therapy, cinematherapy and music therapy. Through Neuroarts RC I want to follow the latest research, deepen my understanding of the mechanisms behind it, and exchange experiences with others who bring together art, science and work with people.
