I am an arts and wellness guide and mentor dedicated to supporting adults 60+ and inspiring wellbeing through intentional, hands-on creative experiences. With a background in gerontology, education, engineering, and program facilitation my work focuses on helping older adults thrive through aesthetic engagement, tactile exploration, and meaningful social connection.
I believe wellness is more than the absence of illness — it’s the art of living with purpose, connection, and joy at every age. My philosophy embraces aging as a natural and meaningful process, one that flourishes through mindful attention to the whole person.
In my program Bricks for Better Brains© I design and lead workshops that promote creativity, presence, sensory stimulation, and emotional resilience by recognizing the essential role of aesthetic experiences in supporting brain health and overall quality of life. My approach integrates neuroarts perspectives with practical, accessible programming that encourages curiosity, self-expression, and community belonging.
