Sarah Perez
Dr. Sarah Perez is a movement disorder neurologist in New Orleans who is also a classically trained clarinetist. When not seeing patients, Dr. Perez collaborates with pianist Jan Grimes who is a profession pianist who has been living well with Parkinson's for over 20 years. Their collaboration, "Full Circle" speaks and performs to various groups about living well with Parkinson's.
Dr. Sarah Perez is a movement disorder neurologist in New Orleans. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in music performance majoring in clarinet at Louisiana State University. She attended medical school at LSU Health Sciences Center and completed her residency in neurology and fellowship in movement disorders at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her professional practice includes treatment of all movement disorders, Deep Brain Stimulation therapy, and botulinum toxin injections. She is in a musical collaboration called "Full Circle" with Jan Grimes.
