Curator of the Rare Artist program, a program for the rare disease community powered by the EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases. Rare Artist is focused on providing a national platform for artists to advocate through visual artwork and poetry.

Stephanie Riordan is the curator of the Rare Artist program and has been part of the EveryLife Foundation since 2021. Diagnosed with a rare disease in 2015, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals find and share their voices within the rare disease community. Before joining EveryLife, Stephanie worked at The Children’s Inn at NIH and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Her favorite part of working at EveryLife is connecting with advocates on a personal level, supporting their advocacy growth, and empowering them to embrace their role as the experts of their own stories.
