Sherry Riad

Sherry Riad is a creative producer and founder of MNDFLX, a platform at the intersection of art, technology, and mental well-being. With a background working with experiential production and innovative tech teams, and a deep interest in neuroaesthetics, Sherry is building MNDFLX to deliver multisensory experiences that support emotional self-regulation. The exercises combine self-regulation practices with immersive technology to help users shift their emotional state in real time.

She recently launched Moodshift, a one-minute interactive digital fidget and proof of concept for MNDFLX, available as a free download on the Apple App Store. This simple tool reflects a broader vision to develop short, accessible, and artfully designed interventions that meet users in the moment and offer support when they need it most.
