As I said in my brief introduction, I'm on a mission...to bring passive stress relief to hundreds of millions worldwide...instantly!

It's as simple as watching one of my ocean sunrise videos...that's it...just imagine that...seriously, think about it. How can something as simple as watching a one minute or longer ocean sunrise video bring instant stress relief that's quantifiable, and undeniable...and, more importantly, backed by a literal mountain of peer reviewed "evidence". Over the past 50 years alone, thousands of University level studies, and research projects have documented, quantified, and validated the human/nature connection and it's psycho-physiological benefits.

The works of Drs. Kaplan, and Dr. Ulrich laid the foundations for my work, in their quite different but fully compatible...and now fully validated theories, Attention Restoration Theory and Stress Reduction Theory. Using 3M's highly regarded AI tool VAS, their evaluations of my work far outweighed my expectations...and proved the efficacy, in terms of attentional focus, of my singularly unique art form.
