I see myself as a Thought Artist. I like to make art with both thoughts and pencils. As a professional ICF coach, I’ve learned that words alone don’t always create real movement. Alongside my coaching practice, I make drawings, and several of my works have been accepted into juried exhibitions, including the Romeriksutstilling.

I am driven by deep curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning. Alongside my ICF coaching certification, I have pursued additional training and certifications in positive psychology (Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice leader), photo-based coaching (certified Points of You practitioner), the transformative drawing method NeuroGraphica and NeuroDesign structuring, and the calming drawing method Zentangle.

My passion is making art with thoughts. In my book "Tankekunst – kunsten å nyte tankene dine" (Thought Art - the art of enjying your thoughts), you’ll find drawings created with mindful drawing methods. Each drawing serves as an invitation to reflect on a specific thought theme. Together, we explore a wide range of topics—from what thoughts actually are to how we can relate to them, work with them, or transform them.

Since I learned more and more about the positive effects of art on wellbeing, my interest in neuroarts led me to weave visual expression into coaching. I’m consistently amazed by the transformations it unlocks.

Through TankeFlyt (ThoughtFlow), I provide online coaching to European clients, including team leads, managers, high potentials, and employees returning to work after a burnout. My coaching often incorporates creative methods to explore thoughts and emotions. I also enjoy delivering creative workshops for inner reflection, where we either mindfully draw together to reduce stress or transform thought patterns, or use photos, storytelling, music, and interactive exchanges.

What I did before all this? I hold a Master of Arts in Scandinavian Language and Literature from the Netherlands. I worked in IT across municipal, educational, and healthcare sectors, and have experience as a middle manager.

I am passionate about inspiring individuals to excel in what they do best and appreciate, in a stress-preventive and joyful manner.
