We support the flourishing of neuro-disrupted individuals by providing Community Meetings, virutal Educational Programming, an in-person Artist Residency Program, and a virutal Artist Mentroship program that connect them to community, art, and nature, with an emphasis on integrating these aspects into their lives.

Art heals. Community heals. Nature heals. Movement heals. The brain can, and does, rewire. Art, nature, community, and movement support the neuroplasticity (brain re-wiring) process. We offer multiple ways for individuals to explore what works for them on the path from diagnosis, to healing, into post-traumatic-growth, and thriving. We recognize the profound uniqueness of each persons journey. This requires the individual to learn how to self-regulate their nervous system, anywhere and any time. We work with nervous system attuned healing artists, community space holders, and leading experts and practitioners in their fields to educate our community. We offer virtual community meetings, virtual educational programming, an in-person artist residnecy and virutal mentorship program ways for the individual to build a self-resourcing tool kit.

This space is not a pathologizing environment. We know it takes a team of medical professionals and therapeutic practitioners to navigate this often misunderstood healing process. Our goal is to share modalities and practices that complement an individuals protocol for healing. These tools are geared towards self-exploration and self-attunement, and establish a sense of self-empowerment.
