The Virtual Brain Health Center is a public health education organization dedicated to translating brain health science into everyday practice. We serve as a trusted, accessible source for individuals, families, and communities who want clear, evidence-based information about how to care for the brain across the lifespan.

Our work centers on free education. We host live virtual events such as Brain Week, produce the Let’s Talk Brain Health podcast, maintain a free brain health resource directory, and curate an infographic library designed for practical learning. Our monthly Neuro Nook book club builds social connection while exploring science-informed books related to brain health and well-being.

At our core, we are your one-stop space for understanding brain health science and what you can do today for your personal brain care. We move research beyond academic journals and into real-world action so you can make informed decisions that support memory, focus, emotional health, and long-term cognitive resilience.

Programs & Activities

The Virtual Brain Health Center runs practical, science grounded programs built for real life. Here is a snapshot of each offering and who it serves.

Neuro Nook Book Club
Call out: Read with purpose. Connect with intention.
Summary: Our monthly book club explores brain health through science informed books. We feature authors, researchers, and guided discussion. You build knowledge and social connection at the same time. Research shows strong social ties lower dementia risk and support mental health across the lifespan.

Silent Book Club
This virtual gathering creates protected reading time in the community. You log in, read independently, and reconnect at the end. It supports attention, stress regulation, and social health without forced discussion. It is structured for introverts and deep thinkers.

Yoga for Brain Health
Our weekly general yoga sessions focus on breath, balance, and gentle movement. Physical activity improves blood flow to the brain and supports executive function. These events emphasize regulation, mobility, and consistency over intensity.

Let’s Talk Brain Health! Podcast
This public health educational initiative features researchers, clinicians, and leaders translating current brain health science into clear action steps. Episodes address memory, stress, prevention, youth brain health, and aging. The goal is informed decision-making grounded in evidence.

Infographic Library
Our free infographic collection breaks down complex research into accessible visuals. Topics include lifestyle our model of brain wellness, burnout, teen brain health, and protective behaviors. Designed for individuals, educators, and community groups.

Brain Health Resource Directory
This free directory curates credible organizations, programs, and tools related to brain health. It reduces misinformation and saves you time. Each listing aligns with evidence-based principles.

Contract Education and Consulting
We partner with nonprofits, healthcare systems, schools, and businesses to deliver customized workshops, strategy sessions, and science communication support. Engagements focus on translating research into policy, programming, and community impact.

A Kids Book About Brain Health (DK- Penguin Random House)
Our children’s book introduces ages 5 to 9 to basic brain health concepts in developmentally appropriate language. It reinforces the connection between early life experiences, emotional skills, and lifelong brain health. Families and educators use it as a foundation for early prevention.

Each program reflects one mission. Translate brain health science into daily action. Build informed communities. Support brains at every stage of life.
