This year features 16 programs led by 25 experts across neuroscience, medicine, psychology, public health, education, and community leadership. Sessions cover cognitive health across the lifespan, stress regulation, social connection, movement, creativity, brain training, vision science, youth leadership, and the science of human animal connection.
Highlights include an exclusive Neuro Nook book club kick-off with award-winning author Dr. Jennifer Fraser, science updates from leading clinicians and researchers, a youth changemakers panel, a silent book club gathering, and practical brain workout sessions designed for daily life.
The Virtual Brain Health Center exists to move research out of journals and into real-world action. Brain Week reflects this mission. Each session translates current science into clear, practical strategies to support memory, focus, mental health, and long-term cognitive resilience.
