Join me for a relaxing and recalibrating session and experience the soothing effects of sound and chanting as a tool for nervous system regulation, deep rest, and energetic realignment. You will be guided through a gentle breath work technique accompanied by the healing frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls. This relaxing and rejuvenating session is designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and elevate your well-being through the healing power of sound.

How to Prepare:
Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie down (headphones optional)
If you are joining me for the 45-minute session, I recommend lying down on a yoga mat. Wear socks and keep a blanket next to you.
